My McMahon has been my personal trainer since I started Crossfit in the spring of 2018.

When I started my training with My, I was quite insecure and had never tried weightlifting or gymnastics in my life. 
My was good at introducing me to new exercises and movements, went through everything in a pedagogical way and ensured that I could perform the movements.

During the more than two years that My has been my PT, she has shared her knowledge and really coached me to get better.
She has pushed and supported me when needed, been sensitive to any challenges I have had in my training.

In addition to coaching and sensitivity, My has always challenged me to take myself to the next level. Methodologically, over the years, my has challenged me to get better and better along the way to where I am today.

When I have suffered an injury, My was quick to adapt the programming over this period and with both knowledge and good programming made me go through a, to many, complicated rehab after bone fractures and surgery.

My has had a clear plan and shared it with me, the approach has been transparent and I have been able to clearly follow in which part of my training I am right now.

I am eternally grateful and happy that I met My and that she took care of me during these years, because I really think they are the ones she has done. Exercise, balance in life and self-confidence along with self-esteem have really gotten a boost during these years.
