Hey, Do you have a hard time cutting down on the carbs even if you would like to? Well let me tell you one thing, you don’t have to cut down on carbs if you eat the right carbs. I eat loads of carbs myself. I mean, who doesn't love bread? On the other hand, we don't want to feel bloated. So here's a great recipe from Malin that I use and want to share with you guys! Protein scones:
Put the oven on 175 degrees celsius. Mix all the ingredients. Form the dough to small scones (makes like 9-10 scones) and put them on a baking sheet with baking paper. I usually top them with some pumpkin seeds for that extra protein. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. 1 scone contains: 100 kcal 9 g protein 11 g carbs 2,5 g fat Enjoy!
